Shiftgig is hiring a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the business users on our platform have a great experience. You’ll be in charge of end-to-end product strategy, all product internal and external assets conceptualization, market validation, execution, delivery, and measurement. Role / Responsibilities
As a Manager of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for the Shiftgig products. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with sales and product to craft the messaging and positioning for products and assist in developing innovative marketing programs that drive demand generation and sales growth.
Additional responsibilities include:
Responsible for telling the story of our products and features and translating the features and functionality into content for internal and external use.
Lead the go-to-market strategy for our product and feature releases, including messaging and positioning, product launches, sales enablement, and marketing analytics. Work with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, to ensure market readiness and successful launches.
Work closely with the sales team to identify, prioritize, and create the most effective marketing material for the sales process in the form of case studies, white papers, sales decks and competitor analysis.
Use customer and competitive research and use it to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.
Collaborate with product management and sales on monetization strategy with respect to pricing, packaging, and positioning.
Drive value propositions, competitive positioning, product adoption and usage rates by supporting market-facing programs and effective product launch support.
Assist on sales calls with appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
Desired Experience / Qualifications
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
BA/BS, preferably in Marketing
2-3 years of professional experience in marketing and/or advertising
Product Marketing experience
B2B / SaaS experience
